I recently purchased a new STI for my son from Marcus Moore at Shortline Subaru on Havana in CO. I could not have been more impressed and pleased with the level of professionalism , knowledge of the vehicle and efficient use of my time. Marcus answered every question clearly and timely. Found the car we wanted , added the options we desired and stood behind every quote and deadline. I have been fortunate to have many cars , from much more expensive brands over the years but few have delivered the level of service and knowledge I experienced from Marcus and Shortline. The management is also engaged, friendly and genuinely concerned about their customers experience. In a world which seems harder and harder to receive truly outstanding , knowledgable, friendly service I can share with you Shortline and Marcus is one such rare dealership.
